摘要:
研究两种不同特性工业废渣铁尾矿、粉煤灰对海泥烧结多孔砖样品泛霜程度的影响及机理.结果表明:铁尾矿减轻海泥烧结砖泛霜程度的有利因素多,粉煤灰提高海泥烧结砖泛霜程度的不利因素多.此外,掺加外加剂可以在某种程度上降低海泥烧结砖的泛霜等级; 当掺量达到某一范围时,能够较大幅度减少砖坯成型用水量,烧成中产生液相的非瘠性工业废渣-铁尾矿可以起到减轻海泥砖泛霜程度的作用; 当废渣粉煤灰减水效应不大时,瘠性粉煤灰不可能产生附加液相,减轻海泥烧结砖泛霜程度的效果不明显.
Abstract:
The effects and mechanism of two kinds of industrial waste slag of iron waste ore and fly ash with different characteristics on the pantothenic frost degree of sea sludge fired perforated brick were studied.The results show that iron waste ore can reduce the pantothenic frost degree of sea sludge fired brick,but the fly ash can increase this degree.In addition,the pantothenic frost class of sea sludge fired brick might be decreased to some extent by incorporating addition agent.The certain incorporation of addition agent can reduce significantly the moulding water volume of brick green body.The liquid-phase non-lean raw material of iron waste ore produced in the process of firing can reduce the pantothenic frost degree.The effect to decrease the pantothenic frost degree of sea sludge fired is not obvious when the effect of reducing water of waste slag of fly ash is not great,because addition liquid-phase could not be produced for lean fly ash.
