摘要:
在华东地区自然暴露环境条件下,通过16组80个试件,自然老化3 a的耐久性能试验,考察碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)片材及树脂的外观、抗拉强度、弹性模量、伸长率等主要物理力学性能指标随老化时间的变化.结果表明,浸渍树脂抗拉强度与碳纤维片材抗拉强度有一定关系,而伸长率和弹性模量的变化受树脂耐久性能的影响不明显.随着老化时间的延长,两种浸润树脂质量损失严重,不同的CFRP片材和对应树脂的力学性能均有下降趋势.浸润树脂的力学性能耐久性会影响CFRP片材的力学性能,但主要由碳纤维材料的性能决定.
Abstract:
The durability investigation of two common kinds of carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) sheets and resins under environment of East China is carried out.Sixteen groups of sheets with 80 sheets are tested in recent 3 years.Influence of appearance,strength,extensibility and modulus of CFRP sheets is investigated.Results indicate that the strength of infused resin is related to the strength of CFRP sheets,the influence of aging on Young’s modulus and extensibility is slight.Increasing the aging time,mass of two resin loses seriously.Mechanical properties of different CFRP sheet and the corresponding resin degrade.Resin affects the durability of mechanical properties of CFRP,while performance of CFRP is mainly determined by carbon fiber material.
