摘要:
利用SKALAR San++连续流动分析仪,研究间隔流动分析法(SFA)测定亚硝酸盐氮(NO2--N)的线性范围、精密度、准确度、方法最低检测限、加标回收率.结果表明,间隔流动分析法测定水样中NO2--N质量浓度具有很高的精确度和准确度,其工作曲线的线性范围为0.01~10.00 mg.L-1,亚硝酸盐氮最低检出质量浓度为2.2μg.L-1,方法的相对标准偏差小于5%,平均回收率为93.3%~102.4%.将间隔流动分析方法和国家标准方法N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法进行比对实验,结果显示,两种方法的测定结果在统计学上无显著性差异.可见,采用SFA法测定水样中NO2--N,方法的性能参数符合国家标准的要求.
Abstract:
In this paper,linear correlation,precision,accuracy,detection limit and spiking recoveries were studied on the determination of nitrite concentration in water by SKALAR San(++) segmented flow analyzer.The results show that : the linear range is 0.01~10.0 mg·L(-1),method detection limit is 2.2 μg·L(-1),standard deviation is below 5%,standard additive recovery is between 93.3%~102.4%.Comparison experiments were done by segmented flow analysis(SFA) and national standard method.The SFA method is excellent in precision and accuracy,and showing no evidence of systematic differences compared with national standard method.It meets the requirement of 《Monitoring and Analysis Method of Water and Sewage》 edited by National Environmental Protection Bureau.The method can be used as the standard method of NO(2-)-N determination in environmental monitoring after validated,approved and authorized by the national standardization bureau.
