摘要:
PCL-839是一块具有3路独立步进控制功能的运动控制卡,可以直接与伺服驱动器相连.文中讨论在Windows平台上开发数控系统的关键技术,并介绍PCL-839运动控制卡工作方式.重点分析通过上位机与运动控制卡的有机连接,使得运动控制卡与软件共同完成数控系统的实时控制任务.
Abstract:
PCL-839 is a motion control card with the function of 3-way independent stepping control,which can be connected directly to a servo actuator.The key technology of the development of a CNC system based on PCL-839 on the Windows platform is discussed,the working mode of PCL-839 motion control card is introduced.The effective connnection between PC and PCL-839 motion control card is analyzed in detail,from which the real-time controlling task has been implemented by the motion control system.
