摘要:
采用一种新的工业过程操作优化方法———可视化优化方法,对超声波法从银杏叶中提取总黄酮工艺条件进行优化 .通过对实验数据进行分析、处理和降维映射产生平面图,并对各影响参数与目的指标之间进行函数拟合,生成目标函数等值线 .从等值线图中找出最佳操作点或方向,进而作出优化决策 .实例计算结果表明,该方法是有效的
Abstract:
For optimizing the technological conditions in the extraction of total flavone from ginkgo biloba leaves by ultrasonic wave, the authors adopt visualized method as a new optimization method for the operation of industrial process. A two dimensional plan is generated by analysis and processing of experimental data and by reduction of dimensions and mapping. And then, the magnitude contours of objective function are formed by function adapting between all influencing parameters and object index, Thus the best operational direction can be directly found from contour chart and the optimized decision can be made. As demonstrated by calculated results from examples, this is an effective method.
