摘要:
针对均匀设计在材料多因素试验中数据离散性大的问题,提出可视化优化方法 .通过对均匀设计实验数据的处理,找出满足一定抗压强度的填充材料的最佳配比 .实际应用证明该方法是有效的,可以节省大量试验,又可克服数据离散性大的问题 .同时,它能挖掘出数据中所隐藏的有用信息,快速准确地得出最优配方
Abstract:
Directing against the wide discreteness of data from multifactor material test by uniform design method, the authors propose to adopt visualized optimization method for processing data of uniform design experiment; and to find optimum proportioning of filler meeting with certain compression strength. The method is proved by practical application to be effective. By which enormous experiments can be saved, the wide discreteness of experimental data can be overcomed, the useful information hidden behind data can be revealed, and the optimum prescription can be fastly and accurately obtained.
