摘要:
采用均匀设计方法,优化 L-谷氨酸生产菌发酵培养基的组成,经回归分析和发酵试验,得出最佳配方 .在此条件下,谷氨酸的发酵指数为 2 .57g· ( h· L) -1,其转化率为 51.4 % .
Abstract:
The composition of fermentalion medium for corynebacterium glutamicum Q 97 as glutamic acid producer can bc optimized by adopting method fo even design.The optimal prescription of fermentation medium can be obtaincd by way of regression analysis and fermentation test.Under these conditions,it shows a fermentation index of 2.57 g glutamic acid per liter per hour and a yield of 0.514 g glutamic acid per gram glucose.
