摘要:
根据自由基聚合和接枝共聚合、交联反应的机理,淀粉糊化后,在硝酸铈铵作为引发剂的作用下,形成淀粉自由基.它与丙烯酰胺发生接枝共聚反应,并在N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作为交联剂的作用下进行接枝交联.接枝交联的产物,经过水解、洗涤、干燥和粉碎制得超吸水剂.籍此探讨交联剂、引发剂、单体与淀粉配比、碱用量等因素对超吸水剂性能的影响.在室温下该超吸水剂在饱和状态可吸2 000 倍的蒸馏水,同时还具有优越的保水性能,能在离心力的作用下具有97% 的保水率.
