摘要:
对普通万能工具铣床X8120进行经济型数控改造,开发以8032单片机为核心的经济型铣床数控系统.本系统由上、下位机组成.上位机为486计算机,采用Windows软件通过RS232串行通讯管理多台下位机; 下位机硬件采用STD总线及模块化设计,系统维护和功能扩充方便.并从软硬件着手进行抗干扰设计,性能可靠,实验表明提高了加工速度和加工质量.
