摘要:
研究低密度聚乙烯接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯,其接枝共聚物制成的薄膜有一定耐热性,并用红外光谱证实接枝共聚物结构的存在.采用正交设计法探索单体用量、引发剂用量、反应时间、反应温度和不同溶剂对接枝度的影响规律.考察接枝度与薄膜不同处理温度、抗张强度之间的关系.结果表明,接枝度为17.4%~23.0%的薄膜耐热温度可提高至140℃,其抗张强度可达到9.2~9.8MPa.
