摘要:
米根霉 R87经紫外线和氯化锂复合诱变处理,获得一株高产、稳产 L-乳酸的变异株R87-91.其在10%初糖和发醇72小时,产酸达8.18%.
Abstract:
By applying ultraviolet light and lithium chloride to mutagenize Rhizopus oryzae R87,a mutant strain R87-91 with a higher and stable yield of L-lactic acid was selectively bred.After fermenting at 10%glucose medium for 72 hours,the mutant strain gave a l-
