摘要:
本文在β-环糊精(简称β-CD)存在下,Co(I)与5-Br-PADAP显色反应形成紫红色包含络合物,最大吸收波长在584nm处,(?)=9.43×104,Co(I)的浓度在0—0.60μg ml-1遵守比耳定律,方法准确、简便和快速,用于天然水样微量钴测定,结果满意。
Abstract:
This paper prasents a spectrophotometric method for determining trace cobalt. The method is based on the formation of a purple inclusion complex by reacting Co(Ⅱ) with 5Br-PADAP in the pre- sence of β-Cyclodextrin. The inclusion complex shows a maximum ab
