摘要:
本文报道了用海藻酸钡固定干粉状的尿素酶,并制成酶电极。文中对背景液,选择在 lmmol/L NaH2PO4,lmmol/L Na2HPO4,lmmol/L EDTA,0.1mol/L KCI 10mmol/L 硫酸肼经 NaOH 溶液调节至 pH=7.0的背景液中测定。其电流值与尿素浓度在6×10-5—4×10-3mol/L 间成线性关系,检测限为2×10-5mol/L。本电极以安培法测定血清中尿素氮含量并与尿酶比色法进行比较结果较为满意。经100多次测定电极寿命约10多天,电极的稳定性和重现性良好。
Abstract:
An enzyme electrode was prepared by immobilizing the dry powdered urease with barium al- ginate and was applied to the amperometric determination of serum urea nitrogen.The solution contain- ing 1m mol/L NaH2PO4,1m mol/L Na2HPO4,1m mol/L EDTA,0.1mol/L KCl
