摘要:
本文在 pH=5.6.Tween 80和SDS 存在下 Ni(Ⅱ)与5-BR-PADAP 显色反应形成紫红色络合物,其最大吸收波长在558nm.ε558=1.1 6×105,Ni(Ⅱ)含量。0—0.3μg/ml 遵守比耳定律.常见的金属离子干扰用巯基棉分离.用于水库水痕量镍的测定,结果满意.
Abstract:
For the determination of trace nickel,the authors present a method of micellar solubilization spectrophotometry.The method is hased on the forma- tion of a red-violet complex by way of colour reaction of Ni(Ⅱ)with 2-(5-Br- Pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol
