摘要:
本文研究用“MICRO PROFESSOR”单板机为主的TTL集成电路逻辑测试方法,以及硬件电路和微电脑软件程序框图,它作为测试仪将迅速、准确地给出判别TTL集成电路质量优劣的结果。
