摘要:
本文报导用金电极二次导数阳极溶出伏安法测定尿汞。H2SO4—KMnO4为尿液的消化剂,消化温度90℃左右,消化时间3小时,过量KM4O4用H2O2还原。低于20ppbHg2+浓度和溶出峰高成线性关系,检出限低于0.05ppb。测定20ppbHg2+时的相对标准偏差为2.5%,回收率达99%。尿中常见无机离子浓度高于3倍正常值也不干扰汞的测定。
Abstract:
A method for determination of trace mercury in urine by anodic stripping 2nd order differential voltammetry with a gold disk electrode is reported. H2SO4—KMnO4 are chosen as digestion reagents for urine, and it needs a digestion time of 3 hrs. for a tempe
