摘要:
研究涡旋光束经过杨氏双缝干涉后的干涉条纹,发现不同于平面波的竖直干涉条纹,涡旋光束的干涉条纹出现扭曲.从条纹的上部往下看,涡旋光束的干涉条纹出现横向的移动,而移动的方向和大小分别取决于涡旋光束拓扑荷数的符号和数值大小.对干涉条纹进行观察发现,实验观察结果和理论结果基本上保持一致,可以通过观察涡旋光束的干涉条纹来判断涡旋光束的轨道角动量.
Abstract:
The interference fringes of Young’s double-slit experiment illuminated by vortex beams are studied.Compared with the vertical fringes formed by plane wave,the interference fringes formed by vortex beams are twisted.It can be found as one looks from the top to the bottom of the interference pattern that the fringes are shifted,and the direction and magnitude of the shift depends on the symbol and value of the topological charge of vortex beams.Furthermore,the interference fringes of vortex beam are experimental investigated as well,it is found that the experimental observations are well consistent with the theoretical analysis.Therefore,based on the interference fringes of Young’s double-slit interference experiment,the topological charge of vortex beams can be measured.This can be a convenient and effective method for measuring the topological charge of vortex beams.
