摘要:
设计一种半导体激光器的稳恒功率控制系统.该系统以3个高精度放大器OPA114,OPA602和OPA335为核心,采用滤波和慢启动电路,具有集成度高、元件少、性能稳定等优点; 采用光功率负反馈控制,能为半导体激光器提供高稳定的、连续可调的驱动电流.实验结果表明,在该系统的驱动下,半导体激光器连续工作5 h,光功率稳定度可达0.048%,比开环时的稳定度提高了近5.5倍,达到设计要求.
Abstract:
A power stability control system of the semiconductor laser diode is designed.The system takes three precise amplifiers INA114,OPA602 and OPA335 as its core components using a filter and a slow startup circuits,so it has many advantages such as having a high integration level,using fewer elements and having stable performance.Besides,the system can provide highly steady and continuously adjustable driving current for the semiconductor laser diode using a negative feedback control system of light power.The experimental results have shown that under the driving of the system,the light power stability can reach 0.048% after the semiconductor laser diode has worked for 5 hours,which is nearly 5.5 times higher than that in an open-loop system,hence the design meets the requirement.
