摘要:
通过高温固相法,制备出V5+掺杂的K2-xLa2Ti3-xVxO10(x=0~1.0)系列层状钙钛矿.采用X射线衍射、紫外可见漫反射光谱和比表面积对样品进行表征.研究K2-xLa2Ti3-xVxO10作为光催化剂在波长大于290 nm光辐射下,裂解水产生氢气的光催化活性,并讨论V5+掺杂对层状钙钛矿K2La2Ti3O10光催化活性的影响.实验结果表明,适量掺杂的V5+可有效地提高K2La2Ti3O10裂解水的光催化活性,450 W汞灯照射5 h后,1 g的K2-xLa2Ti3-xVxO10(x=0.1)光催化剂可催化分解甲醇溶液(体积分数为10%)产生氢气约16μmol.
Abstract:
K2La2Ti3O10(x=0.1~1.0) was synthesized by high temperature solid state method.Then,the Powder X-ray diffraction pattern,UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum and specific surface area measurements were carried out to characterize the samples.The influence of doping with V5+ ion on photocatalytic property of photocatalyst was studied.Under irradiation with λ>290 nm from a Hg lamp of 450 W for 5 h,about 16μmol hydrogen was produced form 1250mL methanol solution (10%) containing 1g of dispersed K1.9La2Ti2.9V0.1O10.The results reveal that the photocatalytic property of K1.9La2Ti2.9V0.1O10 is higher than other samples owing to the appropriately doping with V5+ ion.
