摘要:
以泉州古城内城市更新改造活动为例,以历时性与共时性的观点,分析近代、当代大规模城市更新中的新旧建筑群体空间关系.通过理论论述与案例比较,指出城市更新大规模的拆建改造方式与街区内部空间关系的割裂对峙,对于古城传统城市空间形态产生蚕食与破坏的消极作用.建议在古城更新中,进一步研究和吸收传统城市空间形态中坊巷格局、院落构成所蕴含的合理成分和空间特质,使古城整体独特的空间肌理和风貌得以更好地保护和延续.
Abstract:
From the diachronic and synchronic viewpoint,this paper gives a survey of space relationship between the old and new building groupes,which were redeveloped after modern and contemporary in the city of Quanzhou and so-called "Zhongshan Road Mode".By theoretical analysis and case study,the paper points out that it was the negative role that the redevelopment of "Zhongshan Road Mode" played in the decline of traditional city space form of Quanzhou.This paper also calls for a intensive study on the structure of the traditional city space in the city redevelopment in order to make good extension of the spirit of the city.
