分段沉积雕铣成形是一种基于堆积成形和传统成形相结合的复合成形方法,同时具有堆积成形的柔性和传统成形的高精度.工艺实现的前提是使支撑材料和工件材料都满足严格的匹配关系.根据国内现有的条件,试验出一种新的材料,它满足分段堆积成形的要求,同时可在实践中加以应用.

Forming by segmented deposition and carving milling is a combined method of forming integrating traditional forming with pile-up forming,thus it possesses both the flexibility of pile-upforming and higher precision of traditional forming. The premise of technological implementation is to make both supporting material and entity material to meet strict matching.According to the existing condition at home,the authors work out a new material to meet the demand of piecewise pile-up forming which has been applied in practice.
