摘要:
采用高温快速的水溶液聚合方法,合成膨润土/聚丙烯酸高吸水性复合材料.探讨复合材料制备过程中各种因素,如交联剂用量和膨润土超细粉用量等对复合材料吸水倍数的影响.文中还对复合材料进行表面交联改性.结果表明,改性有利于提高复合材料的吸水倍数和吸水速率.
Abstract:
The present work deals with the composite of bentonite/polyacrylic acid,a superior water absorbent.The composite was synthesized by adopting the method of polymerization in aqueous solution at high temperature and at high speed.Moreover, the authors inquire into the effects of various factors on the water absorbency of this composite.These factors include amount of crosslinking agent,amount of ultrafine bentonite powder.Surface crosslinking modification of the composite has also been used to improve its water absorbency both in amount and speed,as indicated by the results.
