福建省“三废”状况的经济计量分析-《华侨大学学报（自然科学版）》

摘要:: 198 0年尤其 90年代以来,福建省经济得到高速地发展 .虽然经济增长居于全国前列,但其增长依靠的是粗放型增长 .经济效益低下造成的经济损失呈现逐年增加的趋势,特别是工业“三废”污染越来越严重 .只有解决“三废”问题带来的压力,经济才能进入可持续发展 .文中就工业废水、工业废气、工业固体废物的排放量和达标率,与其影响因素之间的关系建立了经济计量模型 .对“三废”的形成原因、发展趋势,进行定量分析,并就这些问题提出解决办法 .它为有关部门解决“三废”提供参考

Abstract:: Since 1980,esp 1990s, the economic growth of Fujian is in the van of whole country after the development in high speed. However, this growth of economy relies on growrth of extensive type. Economic loss due to low economce returns also presents the trend of growth on a yearly basis, esp the pollution of waster gas, wastewater, and in dustrial residue in industrial production becomes more and more serious. Only by settling the pressure bringing about by the "three wastes" can the economy get into sustainable development. With regard to the relation between discharge amount of "three wastes" and their rates of reaching the norm as one side and their influencing factors as another side, the authors set up an economic model; and carry out a quantitative analysis on the contributing factors and the trend of development of the "three wastes"; and propose the method for settling these problems. It is hoped that the present work will be of reference value for the department concerned to settling the "three wastes".
