摘要:
从土壤中分离出一株好氧反硝化菌,命名为菌株HN,分离菌株呈革兰氏染色阳性,为球状或杆状,菌落颜色显橙红色 .该菌株以硝酸钠为氮源时,进行好氧反硝化作用,能以乙酰胺为唯一碳源和氮源进行生长 .它的部分长度 1 6SrDNA序列分析表明,分离菌株HN与Rhodococcusruber的 1 6SrDNA序列具有 99%相似性 .实验采用PHYLIP程序对该菌株与报道菌进行系统发育进化分析
Abstract:
A strain of aerobic denitrifying bacteria was isolated from the soil and named as strain HN. They are bacteria of gram positive, spherical or rod like; they often become orang red colony. They can carry out denitrification when sodium nitrate is taken as nitrogen source; and they can grow with acetamide as unique carbon source and nitrogen source. As indicated by analysing 16S rDNA sequence of partial length, this isolated strain bear similarity to 16S rDNA sequence of Rhodococcas ruber . By applying PHYLIP program, phylogenetic analysis was made on strain HN and the relative strains.
