摘要:
分析并总结厦门光明大厦与众不同的特色设计和技术创新 .(1)功能齐全、流线复杂,但总体设计分流有序,泾渭分明; 用地紧凑、容积率高,但环境绿化小中见大,景色宜人 .(2 )店宅结合,既分又合; 闹中取静,各得其所 .它为住家提供完善服务,为店家创造无限商机 .(3)创新的造型塑造了高层建筑性格,丰富的色彩妆点了建筑景观 .(4)新材料的运用体现人文精神,新技术的创新体现“以人为本”的设计理念,赢得了竞争激烈的建筑市场 .这是对综合性超高层建筑设计方向进行一次有益的探索
Abstract:
Guangming building in Xiamen is a super high rise of which the peculiarities are as follows: Firstly, complete in function and complex in streamline, but orderly, and clear cut distributed in overall design; concise in land use and high in plot ratio but major can be seen from minor and landscape is attractive in the forested area. Secondly, commercial space and living space are properly integrated so as to make them both discentralized and centralized and to seek peace and quiet in noisy surroundings; perfect service is provided for the households and unlimited trading chance is created for the shops. Thirdly, the character of high rise is portrayed by the innovative modelling and the architectural landscape is decorated by plentiful colors. Fourthly, the use of new material reflects humanist spirit, the innovation of technology reflects the design idea of regarding person as essential, by which it wins in the highly competitive market of building industry. This is a beneficial exploration into the design concept of an integrated super high rise building.
