摘要:
肺血阻抗图的形成机理由于缺乏较全面的理论分析依据,一直阻碍着它的临床应用 .文中从基本电场原理和生物动力学理论角度出发,建立一种基于 PSPICE平台的仿真模型 .通过计算机的模拟实验,结合临床人体检测的实验手段,对肺血阻抗图的波形形成和成分来源作了一些研究 .初步导出电极极板的面积和位置,其与检测所得的肺血阻抗图的相互关系 .
Abstract:
The clinical application of electrical impedance rheopneumogram (EIR) was hindered all along due to lack of fairly through theoretical analysis as its basis. Starting from basic principle of electric field and theory of biodynamics, the author built a simulation model based on PSPICE platform; and conducted some initial studies on the formation of EIR waveform and on the source of its component parts by way of computerized simulated experiment in combination with laboratory facilitics of clinical human body detection. The correlation between area and position of electrode arm and EIR obtained from detection ats initially derived.
