摘要:
研究铁的离心光度法测定,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε612 =3.0 8× 10 6L· ( mol· cm) -1,Fe3+含量在 0 .4~ 6.0 mg· L-1范围内呈线性关系 .应用于某些纯化学试剂中微量铁的分析,分析结果与标准值吻合 .
Abstract:
A study is made on the determination of iron by centrifugation photometry. The results revealed an apparent mole absorptivity ε 612 = 3.08×10 6 L·( mol·cm ) -1, and a linearity of Fe 3+ content 0.4~6.0 mg·L -1 . The method had been applied to the analysis of trace iron in pure chemical reagent. Analytical results tally with normalized value.
