把着色化工原料或色料加入基础釉中制成釉浆,施于坯体上,烧成红色、兰色和绿色的陶瓷色釉 .烧制工艺条件 :料∶球∶水 =1.0∶ 2 .0∶ 0 .7,球磨时间为 2 4 h,釉浆比重为 1.65~ 1.70 g·m L-1,施釉厚度为 0 .2~ 0 .4 mm,烧成温度为 ( 1130± 2 0 )℃ .另外,研制金光釉并考察其组成及影响因素,选定金光釉的配方 .所制成的陶瓷釉面色彩艳丽、光滑美观、工艺简便,具有应用前景 .
- Abstract:

A study was made on red, blue and green ceramic glaze, and also on glittering glaze. The color glaze was prepared step by step:making glaze slip by adding coloring industrial chemical or coloring material into the base of glaze, and applying the glaze slip over a body, and sintering. Technological conditions and technological process were chosen experimentally as follows:a stuff and balls and water ratio of 1∶2∶0.7; ball milling for 24 hours, a glaze slip sp. gr. of 1.65~1.70 g·mL -1; a glazing thickness of 0.2~0.4 mm; and a sintering temperature of (1 130±20) ℃. The study of glittering glaze centered on its composition and influencing factors and prescription. The prepared Ceramic glaze as a vivid shade was smooth and beautiful. With handy technology, its prospect of application is cheerful.
