摘要:
以 Sn Cl4 · 5H2 O原料,用溶胶 -水热晶化复合法制备粒度较均匀,平均晶粒尺寸为 2 .5~ 4 .0nm的 Sn O2 纳米晶粉 .运用 X射线衍射 (XRD)、差热分析 (DTA)和红外吸收光谱 (IR)等分析手段对纳米晶粉进行表征 .结果表明,溶胶 -水热晶化复合法可以克服单纯水热法产率低的缺点
Abstract:
Taking SnCl 4·5H 2O as raw material,uniform sized SnO 2 nano crystalline powder with average grain size of 2.5~4.0 nm were prepared by sol hydrothermal combined method.The nano crystalline powder were characterized by applying such means as X ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and infrared absorption spectrum.As indicated by results,the application of sol hydrothermal combined method will overcome poor yield as the weakness of single hydrothermal method.
