研究Co,Cu,Cr,Ga,Fe 和In 等六种金属离子的螯合条件,以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)的同时测定方法. 实验采用8-羟基喹啉作螯合剂,反相氰基柱作固定相,甲醇-水作流动相. 考察螯合剂、有机改进剂和流动相等对实验测定结果的影响,探讨C18柱、氰基柱、C6H5 柱的保留行为,并优化色谱分析条件.结果表明:在甲醇体积分数为0.44,8-羟基喹啉浓度为0.001 m ol·L- 1,NaAc-HAc 缓冲液浓度为0.05 m ol·L- 1的最佳流动相体系中,工作曲线线性良好,回收率达到97% ~10
