万能铣床在机械加工的过程中经常用到,特别在加工斜面的时候,可以通过万能铣头的水平轴和斜轴的旋转来获得各种不同的主轴工作位置,以适应加工中各种零件的不同要求.利用立体几何学的方法,分析主轴空间位置的形成原理; 推导出加工任意斜面时万能铣头水平轴和斜轴旋转角度和所要加工的斜面角度间的关系.对万能工作台角度的计算,具有直接的参考价值.
