根据工业与民用建筑工程施工过程中广泛推行流水作业施工的特点,提出利用计算机分阶段生成标准网络,然后合并网络图,添加施工的工序,最后删除多余的虚工作,形成完整的施工网络进度计划.此法易于计算机实现,为研究网络计划的自动生成提供一种可行的方法.
