摘要:
介绍一种简便、快速测定发酵液中L-乳酸的新方法.采用不依赖NAD的L-乳酸脱氢酶(L-LDH),以菲咯啉铁复合物(O-phenathroline-Fe3+)作为其电子受体,吸收波长510nm,在751分光光度计上直接测定发酵液中的L-乳酸.
Abstract:
A new handy method is presented for rapidly determining L lactic acid in fermentation liquid. By adopting NAD independent L lactic acid dehydrogenase, and also Fe 3+ phenanthnoline as electron acceptor, L lactic acid in fermentation liquid can be
