摘要:
实验中经激光热处理的缸套表面硬度可达HV800~1000,使用寿命提高2倍以上.文中探讨了工艺条件,初步分析了激光热处理的硬化机理,认为晶粒细化、马氏体高位错密度和固溶含碳量是获得超高硬度的主要原因.
Abstract:
In experiment,a cylinder sleeve shows a surface hardness up to HV800~1 000 and a service life over two fold after laser heat treatment.A study is made on its technology and condition and an initial analysis is given to the mechanism of hardening.The autho
