利用Ni-Ti合金电极表面具有生物相容性和电化学特性,建立了Ni-Ti合金电极测定半胱氨酸的方法,并探讨其测定的机理,该法测定半胱氨酸的线性范围为8.25×10-7~8.25×10-5mol·L-1,相对标准偏差为6.8%。
