采用有机溶剂进行脱脂,经双氧水漂白的方法处理了马尾松,分别进行了单体和预聚物聚合及高聚物塑化改性.结果表明:刚性链高分子塑化改性的效果不理想,柔性链高分子和增塑聚合物塑化的木材,其冲击强度有明显提高,最大冲击强度比原木冲击强度高3.1倍.同时经塑化的木材尺寸稳定性、耐水性、防腐性均有明显的提高.
