摘要:
从理论和实践上确定了综合考虑谷氨酸发酵过程温度、pH和通风量的最佳操作曲线,提出运用调优操作研究发酵过程最佳操作曲线的新方法.
Abstract:
In glutamic acid fermentation,the optimum operation curves of temperature,pH and airflow rate were determined comprehensively in theory and in practice. On this basis, a new method of evolutionary operation(EVOP) was proposed to study the optimum operatio
