摘要:
以谷氨酸发酵的产酸率,转化率及生产能力为优化目标,对谷氨酸工业生产过程中所涉及的工艺条件进行回归,建立了一套好的调优操作模型.计算表明,运用调优操作于谷氨酸发酵具有很大的潜力.

A set of models of evolutionary operation are constructed for the glutamic acid fermentation in industry. They are constructed by means of the regression of technological conditions concerned in the productive processes of glutamic acid,with acid yield,co
