摘要:
建立反相HPLC测定酒石酸、苹果酸、乳酸、醋酸柠檬酸的色谱条件,在ODS柱上以0.3mol/LKH2PO4(pH2.5)缓冲溶液作流动相,10min内完成以上五种有机酸的同时测定。检测限低于10ng/ml,线性范围0—800μg/ml。
