摘要:
研究葡萄糖淀粉酶与α-甲基丙烯酸-β-羟基乙酯单体的低温辐射聚合固定化,观察载体的微孔结构,确定单体浓度(%)在40—60、辐射剂量在5×10~5—1.2×10~6rad、聚合温度在-60—-70℃酶在载体上的担载量在40—70mg/g 之间,所制得的固定化酶的相对活力可达45%以上的最适宜条件,并对工业应用进行了模拟实验.
