本文建立了反相离子对液相色谱-电化学检测法同时测定制药厂废水中的硫脲和硫.流动相为10%甲醇+2.0mmol/L四丁基溴化铵(TBABr)+0.02ommol/L EDTA·2Na+0.01mol/LNaH2PO4缓冲溶液(pH5.5),流速为1ml/min,柱温40℃,检测电位.5V(vs,Ag/AgCl).工作曲线的线性范围是0—120,μg/ml,检出限为硫脲18μg/L、硫1.5μg/L.样品测定的回收率在97—104%范围内.
