本文采用膜透析法对SPM发酵工艺进行探讨。结果表明,经透析向发酵液提供新鲜基质,稳定了铵离子、葡萄糖浓度。同时除去了部分产物,减轻了碳、氮代谢物调节作用及终产物反馈调节作用,减少了微生物生长及产物合成的不稳定性。当透析膜孔为3.0μm,开始透析时间为60h,发酵液与透析液体积之比为1时,SPM总产增加50%。
