在吐温-80存在下,锌与琉氰酸盐、结晶紫生成兰绿色离子缔合物,可在水相分光光度测定,最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.35×105L·mol-1·cm-1,锌在0—9μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。方法应用于自来水和铝合金中微量锌的测定,简单、快速,结果满意。

In the presence of Tween-80,trace zinc associates with thiocyanate and crystal violet to form a blue-green ionic associate which can be determined by spectrophotometry.It shows a peak ab- sorption wavelength of 540nm and a molar absorptivity of 2.35×105L·
