摘要:
从厦门福达感光胶片厂的污水中分离到207株芽孢杆菌,其中一株显示了较强的分解明胶的能力.该菌经鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bucillus megaterium 207).用溶菌酶制备207菌的原生质体,经紫外线诱变获得一变异株(207—A5),产蛋白酶活力由830u/ml 提高到4731u/ml.
Abstract:
207 strains of bacilli were isolated from the sewage samples of Fuda Film Factory in Xia- men.One of these strains showed a higher capablity of decomposing gelatin.The strain was identified as Bacillus Megaterium 207.Amutant,namely 207-A5 ,can be obtained
