摘要:
用扫描电子显微镜与X射线能谱仪相结合,对不锈钢材料表面草酸盐处理膜层进行显微分析研究。探讨了成膜温度对膜层的组织结构和化学组成的影响。所得结果从微观的角度说明了成膜温度与膜层质量的关系,基本确定了适宜的成膜温度区间为75—85°C
