摘要:
本文对不同显微组织切屑样品,用光学和透射电子显微镜观察第一、二变形区中组织的变化情况,证实了切屑形成是“微区热加工”过程,而碳化物则发生破碎、溶解和“球化退火”过程,在相近硬度下,钢在切削时,球状碳化物组织比片状碳化物组织所耗的能量少。
