摘要:
本文解剖分析了汽车发动机中气缸套和活塞环早期失效的原因,是气缸套中磷共晶组织网状分布和石墨分布的不均匀,表面有擦伤,犁沟,剥落; 活塞环镀铬层有裂纹和块状剥落。剥落碎片使得气缸套和活塞环之间引起磨粒磨损,形成了在滑动条件下的擦伤磨损和磨粒磨损共存状态,使磨损率显著增加。
