本文研讨了以溴酸钾法测定茶皂素的最优测定条件,并测得香波中茶皂素含量7—20mg/ml范围的回收率为102—105%,变异系数为1.2—2.1%。

The optimum Conditions for the determination of tea saponin by potassium bromate method are discussed in this paper. Under these optimum conditions, a tea saponin determination is carried out on shampoo in which the content of tea saponin being 7-20 mg/ml
