摘要:
本文介绍在恒定应力加速寿命试验下负二项抽样模型,参数带有验前负对数 Gamma分布,验前Bata分布及无信息验前分布时,对产品可靠性作Bayes分析。主要结果有定理1、2,最后给出算例。
