摘要:
采用了条片状阴极的双放电结构,制成了一台选頻的TEA-CO2激光器,在9μm—11μm范围内,共选頻出谱线85条。单线最大脉冲输出能量为2.38焦耳。
Abstract:
A Fregueney tuning TEA-CO2 Laser has been developed with a double discharge construction by using a strips cathode. 85 Laser lines have been selected over a range of the wavelengths from 9μm to 11μm. The maximum pulse energy of laser output is approximate
